• Benign but locally aggressive tumour derived from stromal cells with accompanying giant cells
  • Metaphyseal regions of long bones distal femur (most common), proximal tibia, distal radius
  • X ray- Eccentric lytic metaphyseal lesion, Characteristic soap bubble appearance
  • Treatment : Curettage or marginal excision with bone grafting or Bone cementing
  • Joint replacement in locally advanced cases
