- Benign but locally aggressive tumour derived from stromal cells with accompanying giant cells
- Metaphyseal regions of long bones distal femur (most common), proximal tibia, distal radius
- X ray- Eccentric lytic metaphyseal lesion, Characteristic soap bubble appearance
- Treatment : Curettage or marginal excision with bone grafting or Bone cementing
- Joint replacement in locally advanced cases
